Reasonable Dispatch

The act of transporting household goods on the agreed-upon dates as listed on the Bill of Lading or the Order for Service.

Re-Weigh

Before the moving van is unloaded, the customer may request that it be weighed again. When a re-weigh is performed, the final charge is based upon the weight of the re-weight regardless of whether it is higher or lower than the original weight.
